Arcady Architects Ltd, aims to provide a comprehensive professional service to the construction industry and individual clients. Established in 1984 the practice has extensive experience in the South East and London.
It is our objective to provide a high quality service with personal attention to our clients to ensure that their needs are met as far as possible and they are properly represented in the planning and construction process.
Arcady Architects design, detail and procure construction of high quality solutions for large residential schemes, private homes and commercial projects.
Employing qualified architects, architectural technicians and technologists, we offer a complete range of design services from project planning to refurbishment of existing buildings and detailed design of new buildings and their existing environs.
Recent projects include a 13,500ft2 private house, a purpose built commercial unit, refurbishment and extension of a listed property in Knightsbridge, various brownfield redevelopment sites and several large developer led residential sites. We have wide experience of residential development from neighborhood planning to detail construction, landscape design and contract administration.
As part of a multi-disciplined team we frequently work with planning consultants and engineers on urban design and landscape impact assessments of large scale proposals. These include projects for Local Authorities, corporate industry and leisure facilities.
We have extensive knowledge of traditional building techniques and have carried out extensions and refurbishment of some interesting listed properties. In particular we have a wide experience of timber frame buildings, both old and new, which include various barn conversions.
The practice is committed to Computer Aided Design as an essential means of coordinating information between consultants and providing fast, accurate information to contractors.
