Redevelopment of a Former Garage Site Within the Flood Plain
The client came to us with a challenging site located within Flood Zone 3. The site was previously a garage site but had become disused and eventually sold by Chelmsford City Council. We proposed to raise the level of the ground to match a protective earth bund and erect thirteen new dwellings. Given the edge of city location the modern design provides an attractive vista when entering the city.
