50a Moulsham Street, Chelmsford
This small storage barn is located in the conservation area along Moulsham Street. The building has been recognised on historic OS maps and materially forms part of the Moulsham character. Our proposal retains the original built form and adds a subservient extension to the side. The existing openings have been retained to provide windows and an entrance door into a compact open plan living space.
