Conceptual Residential Community
This conceptual appraisal seeks to explore to the potential for a residential community at the northern tip of the village. Set within a picturesque, soft landscaped arcadia, the concept is to provide a variety of living opportunities that include starter homes, apartments, bungalows, and larger family houses. To support a sustainable and healthy living environment a community hub would be incorporated. The development would benefit from an articulated style that benefits active street frontage. Care would be taken to ensure key nodal points are located through the scheme including areas of communal open space. Feature buildings will be located to provide interest from longer vista points.
