The brief was to make efficient use of land located within the heart of Colchester. The development provides both open market and affordable housing consisting of one and two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bed houses to cater for a variety of living requirements. The development is contemporary in style using simple clean lines to articulate the facades, the good quality material selection add interest to the street scene.
