The brief from the client was simply to make efficient use of a small field that served no use. Key to the success of the site was to provide a new urban edge to the north of the village of Latchingdon. We proposed a meandering pedestrian walkway lined with new planting and ponds along the northern boundary with an array of new homes overlooking the countryside to the north.
