New Private Dwelling House
The brief was to create a bespoke family home, which presented a challenge as the land was located outside of the defined settlement boundary. We engaged with Maldon District Council and the Parish Council with an aim of providing a sensitive design to complement the semi-rural location. When planning permission was granted the client opted to ‘self-build’ the house that features a circular music room fit for a grand piano.
