New Build Residential Apartments
This proposal takes advantage of the sites location at a key junction in Brentwood. The final design provides a strong identity through a statement design. Through a carefully considered appraisal of the site and public engagement, planning was granted for a new community facility and residential living space to replace an old nightclub. The scheme required close liaison with Brentwood Planning Department and their Urban Designer.
