Sidney Place, set within the desirable Beaulieu Park, boasts a range of luxury dwellings. Our brief was to provide a modern rear extension to create an open plan living, dining and kitchen space to cater for the client’s young family. The extension was carefully designed to sit comfortably within the site, while maximising the garden area and interaction between the indoor and outdoor space.
