Residential Development of 18 Apartments
Clarendon Way is located within a built up residential and commercial area. The site was originally brown field land but had planning permission for eighteen two and three bedroom luxury apartments for private sale. We produced the construction information necessary for a smooth building program and was involved throughout the contract process.
