Residential Development and Conversion of Historical Buildings
Key to the success of this development was the careful restoration and conversion of the existing rundown buildings that had once formed an integral part of Essex & Suffolk Water Chelmsford’s Office. Once restored, new residential dwellings were also erected as part of an extensive regeneration of the area. Taking a modern form with clean lines and a varied roof line the development was welcomed by Chelmsford City Council and the Councils Conservation Officer.
