Two new houses and two barn conversions
This proposal converted two agricultural barns into residential dwellings while adding two new build dwellings. The two existing units are of the typical ‘Essex Barn’ style. Care was taken to retain the appearance by making use of the central midstrey for a large area of glazing and entrance doors. The two new dwellings were designed to be individual in their own plots but also took a similar form to compliment the rural setting.
