Development of 22 residential dwellings
The proposal makes use of brown field land that formerly housed industrial buildings. The proposal makes efficient use of the land and provides small one and two bed affordable homes for young families. Provision was also made for office space to replace some of the previous employment use. To compliment the site history, arrow heads, in a form originally manufactured within the factory were replicated for the new railings on the street frontage.
