Residential Development of 46 Homes
The brief was to redevelop the former pig farm and provide new homes in place of the existing dilapidated agricultural buildings and the large slurry lagoon. The proposed new layout was designed around a new SuDS scheme that safely attenuates surface water on site without the risk of flooding elsewhere. The proposal was widely accepted by the residents of the village as it provided much needed starter homes for young families.
